What is included in the program?

TRAINING

You will receive a complete 7 day program through Training Peaks. Here we can individualise your program and monitor your progress. Training sessions are completed face-to-face and in your own time.

2x workshops delivered by experts in the field of endurance performance

You'll be amazed how easy it is to turn up when there is a professional coach and a motivating group waiting for you! Long runs will fly by, and you'll work that little bit harder chasing others up the hill.
