Group Training

Need to perfect your run technique?  Feel like trying HIIT or boxing for the first time? Want to gain flexibility and strength by introducing yoga to your weekly routine ?


We offer a weekly schedule of classes for every running and fitness fan! Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, push your cardiovascular limits, or find your strength potential - we’ve got a group spot with your name on it! 


Create your own personalised schedule by choosing the classes that suit your needs and according to your preferred membership plan.

We hold the required permits to conduct our outdoor group training in various parks and ovals across the North Shore. Various sessions are also held at our indoor gym at Sydney Performance Lab in Lane Cove West (SPL). See all our locations here. Should the weather turn, we will either provide an alternative undercover wet weather location, or enjoy a refreshing rain run!
