Need to perfect your run technique?  Feel like trying HIIT or boxing for the first time? Want to gain flexibility and strength by introducing yoga to your weekly routine ?

We offer a weekly schedule of classes for every running and fitness fan! Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, push your cardiovascular limits, or find your strength potential - we’ve got a group spot with your name on it! 

 

Create your own personalised schedule by choosing the classes that suit your needs and according to your preferred membership plan.

We hold the required permits to conduct our outdoor group training in various parks and ovals across the North Shore. Various sessions are also held at our indoor gym at Sydney Performance Lab in Lane Cove West (SPL). See all our locations here. Should the weather turn, we will either provide an alternative undercover wet weather location, or enjoy a refreshing rain run!

Please note the current COVID-19 guidelines for joining a training session:

  • As per government regulations, please show proof of double vaccination before resuming face-to-face training

  • It is ESSENTIAL to register for each training activity you wish to join throughout the week

  • As a courtesy to others, if you are no longer able to join us for a group training session, please cancel your registration as soon as possible so we can manage group numbers. 

  • We ask those who are unwell, to please stay home - there will be many more opportunities to train with us in the future!

  • We adhere to social distance guidelines whilst warming up and training as required.

  • Unfortunately, if you cannot abide by these protocols, we will not be liable for any infringement incurred. 

Please always refer to the live book-in calendar below or on the MindBody site/app to confirm any changes to the training schedule. Also note that some sessions have limited numbers - so make sure you book in early to reserve your spot!

 

Group Training Session List

Level 1 Run

  • Absolute beginners, part of the 8 week Learn to Run Program, focus on technique and fitness (on selected program dates)

Level 2 Run

  • Beginner graduates or anyone seeking some technique advice, focus on speed and endurance

Level 3 Run

  • Consisntent runners, focus on intervals and speed to increase anaerobic and aerobic capacity

Tempo Run

  • All runners, focus on sustained effort to build endurance and speed

Trail Run

  • All runners, focus on technique, confidence and speed over mixed terrains

  • We have a weekly trail run as well as regular weekend trail adventures! Keep an eye on our social media 

  • All runners, low intensity social run to build endurance, enjoy beautiful running routes and share a coffee or breakfast with the team!

  • Saturday from 6:30am - Various Locations (as noted on the Run Club calendar and social media)

Time Trial Night

  • All runners

  • Various locations and dates to be advised

Bums & Tums

  • Fire up your core and glutes! The powerhouses to posture and performance!

Boxing

  • Rounds of boxing will be interspersed with body weight strength or aerobic circuits. All levels of fitness and skill welcome!

HIIT (Hight Intensity Interval Training)

  • Great cross training for runners and general aerobic conditioning! High energy group session that may include: circuit training, strength training, boxing, running, plyometrics, games,  challenges and more!

Strength Training 

  • For runners and non-runners alike, these strength based circuits will increase strength, enhance mobility, decrease injury risk, improve muscle tone and smash calories.

Mobility

It's unusual to see a runner blessed with mobile joints and flexible muscles. This class creates a balance of mobility and stability throughout the body
