There’s no better way to develop strength, flexibility, and balance than on the trails. Let us help you improve your skills and fitness in a safe and energizing way.

For the Rookie
4 week skills based program
Pre-requisites:

Already running, this is for regular runners (e.g. can run 5-10km on the road) who are looking to try out trail running for the first time

2x trail runs per week

When do we train?
Choose from any of our trail sessions:

If you'd like to join us, we will be working towards the Sydney Trail series at Manly Dam Sunday 21st February
