We train for all the major events

Recently, there has been a surge in popularity for trail running and racing amongst recreational runners, and there is a good reason for it! There’s no better way to develop strength, flexibility, and balance than on the trails. Let us help you improve your skills and fitness in a safe and energizing way.

We have a program to suit rookies, veterans & everything in between! 

For the Rookie

4 week skills based program


  • Already running, this is for regular runners (e.g. can run 5-10km on the road) who are looking to try out trail running for the first time

What's involved? 

  • 4 week skills-based program. 

  • 2x trail runs per week

When do we train? 

Choose from any of our trail sessions:

  • Wednesday 6:00pm Berry Island Wollstoncraft

  • Friday 6:00am various locations - see calendar below

  • Saturday 7:00am various locations 


Goal Event

  • If you'd like to join us, we will be working towards the Sydney Trail series at Manly Dam Sunday 21st February


  • Free for current members

  • $110 non-members
