We move around the North Shore so that we can practice on different terrains and challenge our trail skills. We run on Friday Mornings year round, but add in extra sessions when we are training for events.


Whether you are training for an event, want to learn how to run successfully on trails or just want to join us for fitness and running companionship, every fitness and experience level is welcome.
