Blue Mountains Super Session

The trail super sessions are coming in thick and fast now !

Our next adventure is on Sunday 28th February at 7:00am, meeting up at the start of the Six Foot Track trail just past Katoomba (near the Explorers Tree).

Note that the route will be particularly useful for the runners doing the Six Foot Track and UTA100 events however it is open for anyone to join in and enjoy !

The distance options for this will be stepping things up a notch though (if that's possible after Kedumba !):

- 22km from the Explorers tree, past the Megalong Cemetery towards the Coxs River and returning to the Explorers Tree

(note the return route for this run will go up the challenging Nellies Glen climb which is narrow, technical with a lot of stairs !)

The meeting point for the start of the run will be in the car park at the start of the Six Foot Track. Note that there is limited parking in this area so if there is insufficient space you can park further down the road at the explorers tree and walk to the meeting point (for directions see the map below or phone me on 0412 522 047 if you get lost). Driving time from the Northern Suburbs is roughly 100 minutes.

There will be a $20 contribution for all runners . For this you will get plenty of coaching advice, encouragement and entertainment !
