It's the run club that you know and love....but a little different!
We'll be organising the club a little differently during the current restrictions of a maximum of 20 people in outdoor gatherings. It is paramount that you respect and follow not only the government, council and public health advice but our safety measures that we have implemented:
We ask those who are unwell to stay home and utilise our virtual training facility
Each week we will choose a location where we can warm you up while maintaining social distance guidelines, and you can get a take away coffee/breaky and socialise in small groups after the run
We will be breaking the group into 4 start groups, roughly guided by the distance you want to run
It is ESSENTIAL to register which group you will be starting with
Each group will be limited to 20 people including the trainer
We will provide hand sanitiser for all participants at the beginning and after the run
We ask that you maintain 1.5m distance when warming up, running and enjoying your post run refreshments
Unfortunately, if you cannot abide by these protocols, we will not be liable for any infringement incurred
As a courtesy to others, please cancel your registration on Friday night if you can no longer attend so that those on the waiting list can come instead. We want to remain accessible and social, so let's all stick to the rules and enjoy running with our friends! See below for upcoming runs.
