Running Teens

11-16 years

This age group is a crucial time where we see a lot of drop out from sport and fitness. By providing teens with the confidence and skill to maintain their involvement in physical activity, we are providing them with the best tools to live a healthy and energetic life!

All activities will support and enhance their performance and confidence to participate in school athletics and cross country carnivals as well as complement their other sporting endeavours.

At present, we just have the one teen group on a Thursday arvo in Lane Cove, if this doesn't suit, please contact us as we keep a list of expressions of interest for other areas/times and we may be able to start a group to suit your availability!
