About the Event
Please be prompt as the warmup and briefing will be limited to 10 mins so that there is no overlapping of groups.
After the run, feel free to grab a take away coffee and snack at wild sage. Just remember social distancing guidelines!
Listed below are the departure times, distances and a link to the route. It is ESSENTIAL that you register for the group you will be running with.
7:30am: Beginners Run Club: Coach Andy will take you through some run/walk intervals to increase your fitness and practice your technique!
Registration is through our MINDBODY scheduling system. You do not need to be a paying client to register through MINDBODY but you will need to set up a free account. REGISTER HERE
Don't forget to read through our specific guidelines on how we will keep you all safe and healthy and not get sent back to isolation!
We are a motivated but very social group who maintain “conversation pace” for the duration of the long run. This ensures we make the distance, take advantage of important adaptations that only occur during this low intensity endurance session and are able to catch up with our friends!
Everyone is welcome to join in any distance, whether training for a race or just for fun and fitness! You are sure to find someone your pace in this varied group of runners, joggers and walkers! All newbies and fitness levels welcome.
GETTING THERE AND PARKING
Plenty of parking at the oval and surrounding streets. Or catch a train to Artarmon station, or any bus from Chatswood or North Sydney that goes down willoughby rd. and walk down the street.
