About the Event
Once again North Shore Running will have a tent where you can meet the group, warm up, leave your belongings, and join us for a recovery snack, stretch and roll! See below for some more details leading up to the event.
FRIDAY 17 MAY: Send Claire your bib details if you would like her to pick up your bib.
SATURDAY 18 MAY: Join the group for mobility at Sydney Performance Lab: 29 Birdwood Ave Lane Cove, 7:00am.
Following Mobility we will pop up to Cafe Zivelli for breaky.
SUNDAY 19 MAY: Meet the team at the tent NO LATER than 6am for gear drop, bib collection and warmup. Please go to the bathroom before 6am. Warm up will begin at 6:10am sharp.
After you've crossed the line and collected your medal, please meet back at the tent for your cool down stretch, a light refreshment and glory!
