5KM TIME TRIAL AND BEGINNERS GRADUATION!
This week we will be supporting our beginners running group on their first 5km continuous run ever (or since a while ago)! Our regular runners like to use this as a little fitness test to see where they are at! Or just run it for fun of course :-) Don't forget to represent in your NS t-shirt or singlet!

Parkrun is a free organised 5km run around Artarmon and Willoughby. You can register with parkrun to record and keep up with your results over time.
