About the Event
Meet in front of Balmoral Beach Club at 6:30am, in support of Movember, North Shore lululemons are teaming up to host a morning of wellbeing. We invite you to participate in a 3 or 5km run, or walk, alongside run leads in our communities. After training, ease the mind and body with guided meditation + breathwork on the beach.
Please bring a towel to sit on for the guided meditation + breathwork.
