About the Event
We will meet on the grass next to the carpark and warm up before taking off for your selected run. Please be prompt as the warmup and briefing will be limited to 10 mins so that there is no overlapping of groups.
After the run, feel free to grab a coffee and snack at Frenchy's Cafe or get take away and enjoy it at the park.
Listed below are the departure times, distances and a link to the route. It is ESSENTIAL that you register for the group you will be running with through MINDBODY.
Registration is through our MINDBODY scheduling system. You do not need to be a paying client to register through MINDBODY but you will need to set up a free account.
We are a motivated but very social group who maintain “conversation pace” for the duration of the long run. This ensures we make the distance, take advantage of important adaptations that only occur during this low intensity endurance session and are able to catch up with our friends!
Everyone is welcome to join in any distance, whether training for a race or just for fun and fitness! You are sure to find someone your pace in this varied group of runners, joggers and walkers! All newbies and fitness levels welcome.
GETTING THERE AND PARKING
Plenty of parking in the car park and the surrounding streets
