About the Event
We will meet at The Alchemist Espresso and warm up before taking off for your selected run. Please be prompt as the warmup and briefing will be limited to 10 mins so that there is no overlapping of groups.
After the run, feel free to grab a coffee and snack!
Listed below are the departure times, distances and a link to the route. It is ESSENTIAL that you register for the group you will be running with.
**PLEASE NOTE, WE WILL NOW HAVE ONE START TIME FOR THE REGULAR RUN, BEGINNERS WILL CONTNUE AT 7:30am**
Please meet at 6:45am for warm up and run briefing. We will all set off at 7:00am sharp!
