About the Event
This Sunday morning, 1st March at 7:30am, we will be meeting up for session 3 of the On Course Super Session training groups. Note that the route we will be following today is especially for the Six Foot Track and UTA100 event competitors however it is open for anyone to join in and enjoy !
This week we will be heading deeper still into the mountains and running the Six Foot Track from the Explorers Tree (5 minutes west of Katoomba) to the Megalong Valley Cemetery. We will be offering two options for this run:
10km from the Explorers tree to Megalong Cemetery with a car shuttle run back to the start
(note this route is ALL downhill to flat terrain)
20km from the Explorers tree to Megalong Cemetery and returning to the Explorers Tree
