Claire will take you through some gentle jog/walk intervals with plenty of rest, and technique practice along the way
All levels of fitness welcome! We are a motivated but very social group who maintain “conversation pace” for the duration of the long run. This ensures we make the distance, take advantage of important adaptations that only occur during this low intensity endurance session and are able to have a chat with our friends! Really, we are here for a jog, a chat and most importantly breaky and coffee, you are not too slow, too unfit or too much of a beginner! You are sure to find someone your pace in this varied group!
