About the Event
Botanica Garden Cafe is located on Bay rd oppoisite Waverton train station. Here we will warm up and set you off on your chosen run. Please be prompt as the warmup and briefing will be limited to 10 mins so that there is no overlapping of groups.
Listed below are the departure times, distances and a link to the route. It is ESSENTIAL that you register for the group you will be running with.
6:30am - 14.5 km
6:45am - 9km
7:00am - 5km
7:30am - Beginners Run Club - coach Andy will be taking you through some run/walk intervals to help increase the amount of time you can run continuously.
