About the Event
For the seventh year in a row, we are thrilled to offer you the SMH half marathon training program! We will hold you hand, push you, pull you back and have your back along the way, as well as on race day!
14 Week Training Program
- Complete 7 day program
- Choose between beginner or PB chaser
- Which includes 3 or more face-to-face sessions per week
- Weekly email with race, nutrition and training tips
- FREE Running t-shirt or singlet
- Mix & match your sessions across our locations
At a minimum we recommend:
- Intervals/ technique training
- Strength training
- Tempo Run
- Long Run
