Bobbin Head training run

NOTE THE CHANGE IN START TIME AND LOCATION FOR THIS WEEKENDS TRAIL SUPER SESSION...…….. Come along and join Coach Andy as he shows you the trails around BOBBIN HEAD. We will start from the Gibberagong Field Studies centre and run the Jabulani 12km course route. We will be starting the run at 6:30am to avoid the forecast hot temperatures on Sunday. The meeting point will be in front of the Gibberagong Field Studies building on the left hand side of the picnic area as you cross over the bridge at Bobbin Head (see the map in the comments below) . Most of the run is well sheltered near water so we can stay cool. Please however bring plenty of water with you to drink (and splash on you !) There will be a $20 fee for runners who are not registered on a BEXI or NS run program or are on the NS unlimited package. For this you will get plenty of coaching advice, encouragement and entertainment ! Hope to see you all there !
