FIRST SUPERSESSION OF THE YEAR!!
Venturing up the M1 to Claire's house has been a tradition for the past couple of years, and one of the favourite runs on the calendar!
๐ฏTrail runners, road runners, bush walkers and adventurers ALL WELCOME!
๐ 6:00 itโs about 1:50 from Lane Cove so leaving by 6am will give you plenty of time
๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ 8:00 meet at Sherwood Cafe, Kahibah
Run, jog, or walk the Fernleigh track, or glenrock trail. You could run up to 30km on the track or a combo of trail and track (uninterrupted!). Itโs out and back so any distance is possible.
