I have taken part in the spring challenge for 3 years now and I thoroughly enjoy it! 


It’s a great way to shake off that sluggish winter feeling and to get ready for summer. I find the challenges interesting and I enjoy pushing myself to gain points. 


I also find the nutrition tips quite useful and I love having a bit of friendly competition with my training buddies. 


Plus the challenge caters for all fitness levels and activities, so there is something for everyone - whether you’re a beginner or seasoned pro; a runner, a boxer or a group training lover, you’ll find something you enjoy!



I wanted to get back into running and in 2018 got my running game back during NSR’s Spring Challenge. I wanted fitness, fun and challenge and I got that and so much more....

I love NSR for so many reasons, first and foremost it has a wonderful social culture - I laugh constantly, the coaching team are outstanding, and I run with their head coach Andy Smith multiple times a week. The club culture, the variety of sport offerings, the coaches and the people who run with NSR are what keep me coming back. NSR has developed my running technique and taken me to places on & off road that have both thrilled and challenged me. 



I look forward to the spring challenge every year. The days are getting longer and warmer so it's a good excuse to get motivated before summer comes around with a fun group of people!

  • You understand that "quick fixes" don't work. This challenge is designed to kick-start your healthy and active lifestyle, it's not a quick fix that you can give up on after six weeks. 

  • You need someone to be accountable to. You know what to do, but without someone waiting for you to turn up, or checking in on you, you're more likely to snooze the alarm or skip the workout. 

  • You're open to changing your health habits. You don't know what you don't know! 

  • You're willing to commit to 6 weeks of training, homework and masterclasses. 

  • You're feeling sluggish. You want to increase your energy and vitality and spring into summer!

  • You're motivated by others. Other peoples success and commitment, motivate you to improve and work hard.

The smiling assassin! Don't let her sweet, non-intimidating nature fool you! She knows how to get the most out of all her clients while keeping it friendly!



The mastermind and the master of the cameo! She's mainly behind the scenes leading the challenges and masterclasses. But when she pops in to coach a session, she'll make sure you remember her!
