Our aim isn't to train you one-on-one forever. We want to teach you how to establish a training routine that suits your lifestyle, rehabilitate an injury to get you back into your old training regime, give you the push you need to achieve the next goal, or introduce you to running and strength training, and give you the skills & confidence to join the groups.

Baseline Assessment 

Fitness and technique appraisal

If you're looking for a PB or to improve you running economy. If you've had an injury and want to make sure your technique is 'on point' before you make a come back. Or if you are just interested to test out your fitness and technique, book in a one-off session and we can assess your fitness and technique in within a 60 minute session.

Strength Training

The smartest runners prioritise their strength training

Whether you're a runner, triathlete, sports person, or none! Everyone should prioritise strength training to enhance and maintain:

  • Body composition

  • Injury prevention

  • Postural alignment

  • Injury rehabilitation

  • Pre- and Post-partum strength

  • Sports performance

Consistency is key

There is a reason our fitness professionals go and get degrees and certifications, because they want to be the most knowledgable practitioners on the North Shore. Not everyone has the opportunity to do this degree, and we wouldn't expect you to know what we know, thats why it is important to work with a trainer to reach your body composition goals. Personal trainers are not qualified to give out nutritional advice (unless they have an extra degree/certification), but we can help you:

  • Assess your body composition

  • Burn as many calories as possible in a small amount of time

  • Increase your post workout calorie burn

  • Increase muscle mass so that you are burning more calories at rest

  • Keep you accountable to the goals you set with us

Running Training

Whether you've been running forever but don't feel like you're improving, or you are completely new to the sport, training with one of our running coaches can help you:

  • Tweak your training plan to improve your fitness and reduce your race times
