I am as passionate about training as I am with my study. With over 15 years experience in the sports and fitness industry, and as a PhD candidate in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Sydney, I thrive on keeping up-to-date with the latest science behind training principles for all populations. Each session with me will be tough but achievable.

Andrew Smith

Running Coach & Personal Trainer

In early 2018 Andy made a career change to allow him to pursue his passion for fitness and running.


He has attained his Certificate IV Master Trainer Fitness credentials with the Australian Institute of Fitness finishing top of his class by winning the Institute “Energizer” award.


Andy has taken on the role of Running Coach and personal trainer for the North Shore Running and Fitness Group.


Whilst heavily immersed in the running concept of “longer is better”, with numerous marathon, Ironman Triathlon and trail ultramarathon finishes, Andy still thrives on testing his performance with races of any distance and loves to share his passion for running, health and fitness with everyone around him !

Courtney Culverson

Personal Trainer

Sport and fitness has always taken the front seat in my everyday life. After completing a Bachelor in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Technology, Sydney, I dove head first into Personal and Group training and loving every minute of it! Whether it’s Boxing, Strength, HIIT or individual training, being pushed to your limit and having a blast is what I aim for in my sessions. In 2019 I will be studying a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology with a passion for further understanding of enhancing the health for both chronic and complex injuries and conditions.

Jody Mullen

Running Coach

I love to run, read about running, talk about running and race. I ran my 1st 10k at the age of 13 (30 years ago!) and my 1st marathon in 1998. Equally, I enjoy coaching others in their personal running journeys – from running for fitness, running one’s first 5k to nailing a new marathon PB. Running and racing are hard work, but the rewards of personal achievements are worth every minute!
