Virtual Group Fitness Training
Stay STRONG, stay FIT and stay SOCIAL!
Enjoy a daily schedule of workouts and runs that you can either do in the safety of your own home or with a buddy in your local area. Once restrictions lift, we will slowly transition back to outdoor training so keep an eye on this page!
Our virtual group fitness sessions are delivered through our private virtual training facebook page. Follow the trainer live, or browse through the topics and do one in your own time! We also have an online programming option where we deliver your weekly running, general fitness and/or strength training straight to your device!
To join the weekly run sessions, we encourage you to buddy up with a friend in your LGA on each run and one lucky person will run with Andy. If you are already using Training Peaks you will receive the program on your calendar as usual. If you do not currently use Training Peaks and have attended a run session in the last 2 months, we have contacted you directly (by text message) with the details on how to register and login (if you did not receive a message and plan to do a run session, please contact Andy). After each session feel free to share your "virtual sweat and tears" by sharing a few photos on our facebook page!
If you wish to join us for either the virtual fitness or run sessions, please sign in as per usual.
We are more than happy to provide concessions for those in financial hardship.

Do not forget to also join us for the weekly Saturday Virtual Run Club Challenge. Each Saturday we will give you a new challenge to keep you motivated and help you maintain your fitness.
We will choose 6 winners each week to receive a 1:1 running session with one of our coaches! All you need to do is submit your Saturday run club photo to be in the running!
