- Choose between 3 training types
- Join us for a breaky picnic following the sweat sesh!

8:00am Group Warm up
8:10am Exercise choice #1
8:35am Exercise choice #2
8:55 Cool down
9:00 Train-the-trainer - It's time to get the trainers back for what they're going to do to you in 2020! You'll have 15 minutes to give it to them! Get creative!
9:15am Breakfast picnic - feel free to bring a plate
