How it works


  1. To get the best out of the challenge you will need to commit to at least 3 sessions per week.
  2. You will receive points for classes you attend plus bonus challenges (see below).
  3. At the end of each week, a leaderboard will be posted to the facebook group with prizes awarded for most sessions attended and most improved.


  • Attend a morning session = 2 points
  • An evening session = 1 point
  • Rainy session = 3 points
  • Sign a friend up to the challenge = 10 points
  • Random bonus challenge = 4 points
