All levels of fitness welcome! We are a motivated but very social group who maintain “conversation pace” for the duration of the long run. This ensures we make the distance, take advantage of important adaptations that only occur during this low intensity endurance session and are able to catch up with our friends! You are sure to find someone your pace in this varied group!
GETTING THERE AND PARKING
Plenty of street parking at this time of day. Accessible by buses that travel down pacific highway or trains on the North Shore line.
