About Run Club

Our qualified and well experienced running coaches provide four types of running sessions to safely progress you to your goal.

  1. Intervals and Technique Training: we assess and tweak technique for injury prevention and to enhance running economy; running drills; pacing; breathing technique; race technique and of course intervals, sprints, hills and stairs in quickly increase fitness!
  2. Run Essentials: for the beginner runner or those returning from a break or injury who are looking to enhance technique, running economy and fitness.
  3. Sunrise Run: a mid week continuous run. We mix it up with tempo (race pace) runs; time trials; hills; fartleks; easy jogs and more!
  4. Saturday Group Run (FREE): Group long slow run. Ran at conversation pace we concentrate on progressing you to your goal distance comfortably and safely. Make sure you stay for breaky...we sample some of the best cafes in Sydney!

Training for a particular event?? Join one of our specialty event programs or we would be more than happy to provide you with an individualised program!
