About Us


We provide group fitness, running coaching, kids classes, personal training and a FREE run club for men and women around Sydney's North Shore.


We utilise evidence based training principles to ensure you benefit from high quality programs that safely and effectively achieve your goals.


It is our vision to create and maintain a friendly, non-threatening atmosphere in which all fitness levels are comfortable and motivated to achieve individual goals within the community.


Where Should I Start?

Runners should start with the FREE Saturday Run Club (aka breakfast club) where you will meet all the runners and can have a chat about weekday sessions. There are also plenty of programs to get you to your goal race with confidence.


Our group fitness is suitable for all levels of fitness and experience and features a mixture of aerobic activity, strength training and mobility & stability training. Groups are kept small so that every participant's needs are met.


Mums and bubs are welcome to train together in our Running Mums group. NB - dads are welcome, and you don't necessarily need to run! Or maybe you have an older child who would prefer to come to Running Kids & Teens after school?


Those who prefer training one-on-one at a time and location that suits you, should opt for personal training, where your specific needs and goals will be taken care of in a non-threatening motivating environment.



Everyone ‘knows’ how to run, it is our vision to teach runners on the North Shore what they don’t know about running, endurance training & strength principles.


We strive to create an atmosphere that encourages adherence, acceptance, honesty, flexibility, respect & charity.


We value commitment and integrity, no goal is too small!


You won’t just be joining a run club; you will be entering a community of university educated, professional leaders & like-minded, committed runners. You can expect affordable training options, free programs, social gatherings and individual goal setting & achievement on your journey to habitual running and fitness.

Our Trainers


We have three locations that we operate group fitness sessions out of, Lane Cove, North Sydney and Pymble.

Lane Cove

Lane Cove sessions are held at Pottery Green, near the grandstand. In wet weather we train in the undercover area near the toilet block.

North Sydney

Park on Ridge st or get off the bus on Miller St and Ridge St. We train on the grass opposite ‘The Greens’
